great stay but unexpected charges

The bed in the Leisure King Room was very comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries, which made for a pleasant experience. Additionally, the staff provided friendly service from check-in to check-out. they were always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that offered a nice variety of options, from cereals to hot items.

An unfortunate incident with spilled food led to a hefty additional charge, which we felt was quite excessive.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

We recently enjoyed a night in a Standard King Room. Upon arrival, we were offered a queen room instead, which was a bit disappointing. However, our family found the facilities clean, and the pool area was a hit with the kids! Consider triple-checking room availability before your arrival.

Originally booked a king room but found only queen rooms available upon arrival, which left a bit of a sour taste since a reservation is supposed to mean something. The housekeeping services felt a bit inconsistent. I had to ask for fresh towels multiple times, which disrupted the flow of my stay and created a slight inconvenience when I expected a more regular refresh.

Had a great time with friends! We hiked Camelback Mountain and visited local resorts with amazing water parks. The spacious rooms were perfect for our group, and the staff was super friendly. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and convenient location for all our adventures!
